Maro Brothers Wine Sampling Friday March 6th 4:00 to 7:00PM 2021 Valenzano Cabernet Merlot- Our Cabernet Merlot is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend is medium-bodied red wine with a pronounced spiciness that offers flavors of pepper, green herbs with subtle hints of cedar that closes with a smooth finish. We age this blend for 12 months in American red oak barrels in order to balance its bold character.
