2018 Fountain of Youth Sauvignon Blanc
Oak Valley ‘Fountain of Youth’ Sauvignon Blanc expresses blackcurrant, gooseberry, papaya and characteristic Elgin flinty notes. Flavors of passionfruit persist on the palate, particularly granadilla and lemons. A lovely long saline finish, complimented with beautiful natural acidity is typical of the vintage.

The Merlot Rose is a light blush pink, elegant, fresh and fruity wine with rounded acidity and delightful to drink in the summer months or really any time. Crisp and elegant with an intense strawberry bouquet.

2018 Darling Cellars Chocoholic Pinotage
Pinotage is the second most widely planted grape in South Africa. And although it’s a hybrid of Cinsault and Pinot Noir grapes, it doesn’t bear much resemblance to either. It does have some of the earthiness you associate with Pinot Noir, but it’s much heavier in body and darker in color. This one starts off with tobacco smokiness and black cherry flavors. And yes, there’s a hint of chocolate in there too.
