2019 Darling Cellars Chenin Blanc

A fruit forward wine with intriguing notes of melon, fruit salad, peaches, white pear and guava on your nose that follow through on your mid palate. Well structured mid palate with a fresh citrus lingering aftertaste covered by pineapple and lemony undertones. Enjoy with light fruit salad or sushi!

2018 Fountain of Youth Sauvignon Blanc

Oak Valley ‘Fountain of Youth’ Sauvignon Blanc expresses blackcurrant, gooseberry, papaya and characteristic Elgin flinty notes. Flavors of passionfruit persist on the palate, particularly granadilla and lemons. A lovely long saline finish, complimented with beautiful natural acidity is typical of the vintage.

2016 La Couronne Barrel Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is a vibrant and complex wine with full mouthfeel and firm structure. It will remain fresh in the bottle for many years. Delicious with chicken curries, prawns, fish and mature cheddar cheese.

2019 La Couronne Merlot Rose

The Merlot Rosé is a light blush pink, elegant, fresh and fruity wine with rounded acidity and delightful to drink in the summer months or really any time. Crisp and elegant with an intense strawberry bouquet.

Red

2018 Darling Cellars Chocoholic Pinotage

Pinotage is the second most widely planted grape in South Africa. And although it’s a hybrid of Cinsault and Pinot Noir grapes, it doesn’t bear much resemblance to either. It does have some of the earthiness you associate with Pinot Noir, but it’s much heavier in body and darker in color. This one starts off with tobacco smokiness and black cherry flavors. And yes, there’s a hint of chocolate in there too.
