2019 Cantina Del Taburno Falanghina

A native grape of Campania, this comes from a famous, historic winery located in the foothills of an extinct volcano, NE of Naples.  Ripe Pear and pineapple combine with lovely texture and refreshing minerality from the volcanic soils.  Pairs with grilled chicken, sushi, or richer fish dishes. 90 Points, Wine Spectator

Antico Fuoco Chardonnay

A historic property in the cooler vineyards of the Veneto hills in NE Italy, whose name means “ancient fire”.  Pear, apple, peach, and subtle tropical fruit on the palate with honey and vanilla notes.  A fresh and clean style with no oak influence, perfect on the deck, under a shade umbrella, with fresh seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Produced from their vineyard close to Verona in NE Italy, ripe and juicy blend of Merlot and Corvina, aged in large oak casks. Notes of ripe plum, cherry, vanilla, and baking spice glide along the palate with super smooth tannins. Perfect Summer red for the grill, pizza, or pasta.

2018 Perez Cruz Cabernet Sauvignon

100% single-estate origin and family -owned, which affords the winery total control of the winemaking, which is also a leader in sustainable viticulture.  Famous for Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals, this over delivers for the modest price.  Super complex with loads of ripe dark fruits, crushed leaves and lifted spice.  Medium bodied with a long, savory finish.  Pairs perfectly with a nice steak, lamb moussaka, or hard cheeses.
