2017 Georges DuBoeuf Chardonnay Pays d'oc

A pale, golden straw color. The nose is powerful and delicate, with intense pear, fig, pineapple and roasted hazelnut aromas and discreet hints of honey. Unctuous and lively on the palate, with hints of fig and vanilla.

2018 Olianas Vermentino

Aromas suggesting yellow stone fruit and vanilla form the delicate nose. The palate is refreshing and quite round, offering dried peach slice, orange zest and a hint of toasted almond alongside tangy acidity. Perfect as aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, also very tasty and medium aged cheese.

2020 Preference Rose Costieres de Nimes

The wine has a medium rosé color. Aromas of strawberries and raspberries mixed with lavender unfold in the nose. It is dry on the palate, showing red berries, honeysuckle, pomegranate and crisp minerality and spices. Serve as an aperitif, or with charcuterie, crustaceans, light grilled meats and vegetables, pasta, pizza, goat cheeses.

2019 One Earth Red Blend

Violet color. Aromas and flavors of raspberry cobbler and vanilla-honey gelato with a glycerous, vibrant, off-dry light-to-medium body and a polished, stimulating, medium-long finish evoking notes of graham cracker and blackberry jam with a suggestion of oak flavor. A fruity, juicy off-dry red that will work well at the table.

2019 Kaiken Malbec

Very intense and lively violet color. The predominant aromas are of black fruit, with elegant notes of mint, coffee, and chocolate,blending harmoniously with oak. The wine is intense on the palate, and very fruit-forward but delicate at the same time. Excellent structure, smooth tannins, and a long-lasting finish.
