2019 Alta Vista Malbec

Alta Vista’s Vive Malbec exhibits the true character of its grape variety. Fresh and intense, this wine’s aromas and flavors provide an excellent introduction to the fresh, fruit forward characteristics and overall quality of wines from Argentina. This Malbec has intense red fruit aromas, specially plums, with hints of vanilla and a subtle trace of coffee. It is young, explosive and bright in mouth. Fruit and wood flavors can be perceived thanks to its sweet and round tannins. Match this Malbec with typical Argentinean food or a tray of cheese and cold cuts.

2019 Alta Vista Cabernet Sauvignon

Alta Vista’s Vive Cabernet Sauvignon shows the distinct characteristics of this variety. With ripe and spicy berries, this wine’s aromas and flavors provide an excellent introduction to the fresh, fruit-forward characters and overall quality of wines from Argentina. This Cabernet Sauvignon is intense in nose, with pepper and ripe red fruit aromas. Cherry flavors in mouth with a reminiscent of fresh vegetation. A young, easy to drink wine with an embracing taste.  The perfect match for meat, pasta with intense sauces, and hard and semi-hard cheese types.

2019 Darling Cellars Chenin Blanc

A fruit forward wine with intriguing notes of melon, fruit salad, peaches, white pear and guava on your nose that follow through on your mid palate. Well structured mid palate with a fresh citrus lingering aftertaste covered by pineapple and lemony undertones. Enjoy with light fruit salad or sushi!

2018 Fountain of Youth Sauvignon Blanc

Oak Valley ‘Fountain of Youth’ Sauvignon Blanc expresses blackcurrant, gooseberry, papaya and characteristic Elgin flinty notes. Flavors of passionfruit persist on the palate, particularly granadilla and lemons. A lovely long saline finish, complimented with beautiful natural acidity is typical of the vintage.

2016 La Couronne Barrel Chardonnay

This Chardonnay is a vibrant and complex wine with full mouthfeel and firm structure. It will remain fresh in the bottle for many years. Delicious with chicken curries, prawns, fish and mature cheddar cheese.

2019 La Couronne Merlot Rose

2018 Darling Cellars Chocoholic Pinotage

Pinotage is the second most widely planted grape in South Africa. And although it’s a hybrid of Cinsault and Pinot Noir grapes, it doesn’t bear much resemblance to either. It does have some of the earthiness you associate with Pinot Noir, but it’s much heavier in body and darker in color. This one starts off with tobacco smokiness and black cherry flavors. And yes, there’s a hint of chocolate in there too.
