2020 Domaine du Chapitre Touraine Sauvignon Blanc

Light pale color with a beautiful brilliance. The nose is overwhelming Sauvignon with a fine spiciness combined with notes of white flowers and grapefruit. The aftertaste is spicy, aromatic with hints of ripe fruit and peach. Very harmonious, nice balance, the aftertaste is smooth and long. Great with goat cheese, grilled white fish, white meat or just delicious as an aperitif. What a wine!

Rose

2020 Château de l’Aumérade Marie Christine Cotes du Provence Rose

Pink in color, this Rose has an intense and very elegant nose with notes of currant and plum. On the palate the wine is complex and harmonious tasting. A very beautiful rosé all in freshness and finesse. Pair with Provencal, Asian or Oriental cuisines.

Red

2018 Don Ramon Tinto

Ruby dark garnet in color, with an effusive creamy cherry cough drop and aquarium nose; flavors turn more toward deeper, darker black cherry and raspberry on a medium to medium full bodied frame, with moderate tannins and balanced acidity. A subtle earthiness underneath the bright fruit adds some depth and complexity, making for a harmonious glass of red wine."

2018 Clos de Chacras Cavas de Crianza Cabernet Sauvignon

No, this is not a Spanish Crianza. This dark purple wine with reddish reflections, expresses aromas of concentrated black fruits, violets, fresh mentholated notes and red and green pepper leaves, perfectly amalgamated with smoky and vanilla notes from its aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth it shows all its intensity with flavors of ripe fruits, the attack is sweet and voluminous. It is a superb, balanced wine, with great potential for storage and sweet tannins, due to the optimal maturity of the grapes obtained in the Uco Valley in Argentina.

2016 Chateau La Rose St Germain Bordeaux

The Chateau La Rose St. Germain has a beautiful, intense and deep color. At first the nose gives off notes of fresh fruit; after aeration, spicy fragrances are added, creating some interesting aromatic complexity. In the mouth, these fresh fruits are always very prominent with a nice tannic presence.

Riesling

2018 Alfred Graf Spatlese

Inviting aromas of apricots and peaches waft from the glass, then lead to lush pear, apple and citrus flavors in this medium bodied wine. A fruity character is nicely balanced with an exciting streak of minerals during its long finish. A very versatile style. Try pairing with spicy Asian, Tex-Mex and Cajun foods, and lighter preparations of fish, pork and chicken.
