Santa Margherita Sparkling Rose

2018 Santa Margherita Chianti Classico Riserva

The aromas of this complex red wine range from cherries and plums to gladiolus flowers and earthy flint. The tannic, oak-aged flavors are bright and round, with a dry, warm, earthy finish.  Recommended for barbecued meat, like sliced Chianina steak, or with game, such as pheasant stuffed with truffles. It is also excellent with mature cheese.

2018 Masi Campofiorin Ripasso

Bright ruby red in colour. Intense and elegant aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and sweet spices on the nose. Firm and well balanced structure on the palate, with smooth tannins and lively acidity. Long finish with flavours of berry fruit and spices. Food pairings A very versatile wine. Perfect with many different kinds of food such as pasta with rich sauces (based on meat or mushrooms), grilled or roasted red meats, game and mature cheeses.
