Champagne Edouard Brun Cuvée Spéciale Brut (NV)

The company was founded in 1898 and its home still remains in the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, near Epernay. It is now owned by the Delescot family. Philippe Delescot is responsible for this Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend, exclusively made from grapes grown in the northern part of the Marne, which is the heartland of the Champagne region. The pale lemon color of the wine looks fresh and inviting in the glass. Subtle notes of honey and brioche add warmth to the fruit-driven nose, full of bruised apple, juicy yellow peach, some apricot and a squeeze of lemon and grapefruit. Dry on the palate, it conveys an overall sense of freshness with its delicate mousse, tartaric acidity and underlying minerality.

Pol Couronne Brut

Our Brut cuvée reflects the terroir of Champagne with its three thirds of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The vineyards offer a diversity of grape varieties that we know how to skillfully exploit. We carefully selected the best grapes to create a fine and balanced champagne. It is this know-how and these refined aromas that make Pol Couronne Brut a great champagne.

Paul Goerg Blanc de Blancs

100% Chardonnay grown at Vertus, 60% of which is from the 2013 harvest and 40% is reserve wine. A nose that is both generous, with white and yellow fruits such as vine peach, and warm thanks to subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts and mocha. In mouth, round attack, notes of candied citrus fruits transport us towards a beautiful freshness. The notes of custard cream are maintained by the lemony tension for a harmonious finish.

Pol Couronne Blanc de Blancs

Our Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru terroirs, represents the quintessential champagne Blanc de Blancs. Champagne Paul Goerg Brut Rosé (NV)

This Champagne comes from a vineyard of 120 hectares located in the famous Côte des Blancs, the birthplace of the greatest Chardonnay Champagne. The elegance and finesse of the Chardonnay represent the prestigious signature of the champagne Paul Goerg, even this Rosé. Elegant, with a color ranging from lively raspberry to salmon pink. An open and fresh nose with a palate of red fruit aromas like raspberries, red currants, strawberries, and black cherries.
